Femet is an aphrodisiac, emmenagogue (estrogenic), haematinic (increases hemoglobin levels), improves ovarian functions, helps to normalize heavy flow during periods, low bone mineral density. and reduces pain during menstruation. Femet is useful in gynecological disorders including anovulation, amenorrhea, heavy uterine bleeding, heavy menstrual periods, imbalanced female hormones, menopausal osteoporosis, ovarian cyst, and uterine polyps.
