  3. Functions: It governs all movements in the body, including circulation, respiration, and nervous impulses. Vata also influences creativity and flexibility.
  4. Site: Predominantly located in the colon, thighs, ears, bones, and skin.
  5. Imbalance Symptoms: Anxiety, insomnia, constipation, dry skin, irregular digestion, and restlessness are common signs of Vata imbalance.
  6. Balancing Activities: Warm, nourishing foods, a regular routine, gentle exercise like yoga, and calming activities help balance excess Vata.
  7. Seasonal Influence: Vata tends to increase during the fall and early winter.

  6. Balancing Activities: Cooling foods, moderation in competitive activities, and calming practices like meditation help balance excess Pitta.
  7. Seasonal Influence: Pitta tends to increase during the summer.
